The tradition of Saint Malo Crackers has been going on since 1923.

The recipe remains the same, to preserve all the authenticity of these very original puffed bread, which crackle and melt in the mouth.

The cracker can be enjoyed for breakfast, as an aperitif or as a gourmet break, spread with lots of good things.

The tradition

The company "Les Craquelins de Saint Malo" was founded in 1923. Since then, it has been making crackers, traditional puffed breads to be spread for breakfast, aperitif and meal. From the mid-2000s, a second activity, manufacturing frozen pastries, was developed.
